Physical Torah and Spiritual Torah

Few Jews understand the spiritual dimensions of Torah, mainly because they are taught that Kabala and Zohar are the manifestations of the 5 books of Moses.

Christians however “nail Torah to the Cross”.

Im the beginning Yah spoke Creation into existence, and the very epitome of Creation was Adam *end Chavah by association).

Torah, amongst other things defined Yah’s definitions of “Good and Evil” and when Adam disobeyed and ate of the forbidden fruit he entered into his own godship knowing his own knowledge of good and evil.

We call those defaces built upon Adamic godship ‘religions’ and then proceed to throw them in Yah’s face.

Yah defined a Way back, but to ‘see’ that way we have to let humility replace the hubris in our lives. That way involved leaving behind the pr4odigal’s pigsty that is man’s knowledge of good and bad (the very godship, that which got Adam thrown out of Eden) and to start following Yah’s WAY as defined by Yah’s TORAH.

We start by stepping out and, casting off our ‘religion’ as we seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness (as defined by His Torah) in doing this we smother our own godship in all humility to Yah.

So as we keep ‘physical’ Torah (Saturday Sabbath, 10 commandments, unleavened bread, Shauvot, and the fall feasts, these are the moedim of Yah, not the feasts of the Jews) we are met from afar, and Yah begins to reveal to us the spiritual side of His Torah.

It is the spiritual power of Torah that is life changing and that infiltrates our whole being and changes us into His image and likeness,  Religion(s) cannot do this, instead they open us up to demonic influences and we start murdering people.

Torah; as the Yah’s spoken words of Creation underpins the stability of that Creation, but mankind in its hubris of religion (both political and spiritual) tries to work against this hidden power of Torah and fails, usually with dire unintended consequences.

John tells us that Yahushua was the Torah (word) made flesh and dwelling amongst us, and his whole purpose was to make Yah’s Way open to us, by his death he challenged the religions of Adam who, by disobeying Yah and eating of the forbidden fruit, brought death into the world.   Yahushua constantly pointed to Yah’s WAY not man’s way.   This was the healing and beneficial Way preached by the 70 apostles sent out (before the so called ‘crucifixion’).   Sorry guys Jebus did not die for our ‘sins’, He conquered Adams death and prepared the Way back to Yah if we are prepared to take it.

Much of the reality of spiritual Torah has been obfuscated by layers and layers of religion, and until we decide to walk away from man’s religion we will never even see the doctrine of following the Way of Yah and dwelling in His simplicity, the ‘bondage of Torah, and the burden of Torah are light and although the Way may be rough and steep, it is doable if one is prepared to sacrifice the reins of one’s own hubris and religion and, leaving the pigsty, set foot on Yah’s pathway.    Yah is a personal God not an entity defined by collectives of pastors, popes and vicars.   Decide now, nobody can do it for you….

Moedim Sabbath

On day four of Creation Yah created the ‘Seasons’ the Hebrew word here is ‘moedim’ (H4150).   It is translated as ‘seasons’ and is very easy to just gloss over.

Leviticus 23 defines those ‘unimportant’ ‘seasons’ and we find that those Moed are called by Christians ‘the Jewish feasts’ and are deemed to be irrelevant…..

Irrelevant? Something created by Yah on the fourth day of Creation?

The first of the Moedim is the seventh day; every seventh day is set aside as a day of rest, meditation and meeting together.   But Christians set aside the first day (Sunday) as Sabbath, as did the pagans in Rome, but even the word Sabbath is rooted in the Hebrew word for seven (sheva).   A moed is an appointment, and in the cases we are talking about, these are our appointments with Yah.   Imagine going to an interview with your Boss on Sunday when the appointment was on Saturday, and when in company regulations it specifically states that Saturday is the set apart day….

There is no mention of going to ‘church’ on either Saturday or Sunday, going to the ‘Temple’ was a pagan thing; and a day of taxing the people to pay for the easy living of Priests, Vicars, Rabbis and Pastors.

Ours is a personal relationship with Yah and on Sabbath we rest, commune with Yah and meet together to enjoy the company of fellow believers.

Christians say that Sunday Sabbath is acceptable, but I can show you a better way…..

Yah Created Sabbath on the seventh day and ordered that we keep it thus, this was changed by ‘men’ starting with Constantine, Justin Martyr, Ignatius and Eusebius.   Which of these was given authority by Yah to change the day of rest defined on the fourth day of Creation itself?

This is a form of religion which denies the Power thereof…..

The Boss tells you to meet with Him on Saturday, but you decide to go t the rendezvous on Sunday, what happens?   NOTHING, it is an empty day, the Boss is not there……

Torah and the Way of Yah

The five books of Mosaic Law are called Torah, but that is not quite accurate, for Abraham kept the commandments the statutes and the judgements of Torah so Torah pre-existed Moses and the 5 books of Law were only necessary because the Elders of the children of Israel rejected Yah on mount Horeb.

The five books of Mosaic law are an inferior substitute for Torah written upon the heart. And it is the heart written Torah that we should be seeking first.

Paul described himself as a follower of the Way, and in the Hebrew the word ‘torah’ is a signpost, and the way is the word debar.

We have forgotten this essential part of our Salvation, if we are not keeping ‘Torah’ we are as the pagans having no relationship with Yah.

Yahushua told us that if one does not keep Torah then “I know you not”

Embedded within Torah are the 10 commandments, most of which have been suborned by mainstream Christianity and rabbinical Judaism.

These are ‘Religions’, creations of men.

The Way of Yah is not a religion it is a state of being in tune with the Creator, and as we walk His pathway so His Torah changes us into His image and likeness.   What more can we ask.

We can easily use our own knowledge to do things our own way, and the world will applaud us for so doing, but the world is Adam’s creation not Yah’s and it is ruled by death.    Death was not part of Yah’s Creation, It came about because Adam ate the forbidden fruit and gained his own knowledge, he thought he knew better than Yah.   But Yah’s Knowledge as given to us in His Torah is a way of Life, Adam’s knowledge leads only to death.   We like sheep have gone astray, we’ve turned every one to his own way.

The Prodigal Sone took his inheritance and squandered it, his inheritance was in the form of sentience; the ability to relate to Yah’s Creation,   This inheritance he squandered in riotous living in Adam’s world and in following his own way.

He ended up in a pigsty wallowing in the muck of his own making.

But he was not beyond saving, there was a doorway to the light, he could step through it and step upon Yah’s pathway, Torah, he could humble himself to return to his Father as a servant, but to do that he must follow the Way and Yah met him from afar…..

Torah; Words of Creation

When Yah spoke the words of Creation, the Words of power that make all things work and brought the whole universe into existence, He left them behind as His Torah, echoing around and around His Creation, fixing things and making everything good.

But with one exception, the part of His Creation that taken over by the death that Adam brought into this world by virtue of has disobedience in Eden, Consequently, Adam was thrown out of Yah’s Kingdom and had to build his own kingdom of death, disobedience and serpents (both human and satanic).

It is into this kingdom of death that we are born, and it is our duty to seek first the Kingdom of Yah and to do this we must be born (again) from above such that we become Torah Compliant and in synergy with Yah’s Creation.

In Adam’s world there is ‘spiritual energy’ which can be tapped into by those with the aptitude.  They can thus do magic and cast ‘spells’ and generally ‘channel’ the power.

By committing various despicable acts contrary to the 10 Commandments they can increase their power and thus their domination over Adam’s world.

Torah harnesses the power of Creation itself, it does not need to worry about the powers and principalities of the world and of darkness, it has cocooned Adam’s creation as if in an egg with a hard shell.

We, those of us not mesmerized by the awesomeness of Adam’s world of death can seek to crack the ‘cosmic eggshell’ as in the parable of the prodigal, we can seek the exit from Adam’s pigstyand start to walk the Way of Yah, knowing that we will be met from afar.

Torah in Hebrew means ‘signpost’ and to follow the Way we must read the signposts; we then begin to tap into the huge power of Torah to change us into Yah’s image and likeness.   The whole Creation throbs to the heartbeat of Torah, the words of Creation itself.

We do not need new-age spiritual energy, we to be soaked in the energy of Creation itself; energy direct from Yah that is our reward for becoming Creation compliant.   We are the masterpiece of Yah’s Creation, but we are easily distracted by the wonders of that Creation, we have turned every one to his own way, as did Adam.

PowerTorah

If you accept that ‘Torah’ is those word that Yah used to speak Creation into existence the you will have an idea of just how powerful TORAH is and as a corollary, just how powerful walking Yah’s WAY is.

To keep Torah I have to understand exactly what Torah is (and is not), to most Jewish Rabbis Torah is the first 5 books of Mosaic Law added to which is ‘Mishna’ and ‘Talmud’.

This is wrong, Mishna and Talmud are writings of men and are thus forbidden additions to Mosaic Law.

Abraham kept Torah long before Moses lead the people from Goshen.

John tells us that Torah was there in the beginning(the Greek uses the word ‘logos’ but the Hebrew John uses the word debar).

Thus we can deduce that the Torah Abraham kept was the very words of Creation which later became flesh and dwelt amongst us.

It is when we consider this that we begin to understand that Torah is the key to Yah’s Creation and that as we walk the Way of Yah, this Creation is revealed to us.

Christians ‘nail Torah to the cross’ the word used in Colossians is the Greek word ‘dogma’ which is normally translated ‘opinion’ and it is my opinion that has to be nailed to the cross.

We start with Mosaic Law, but walking Yah’s Way causes us to be met from afar and Yahs Truth is constantly revealed to us.

In the Garden of Eden Adam chose badly, he abandoned Yah’s Way and chose his own way, and as Isaiah 53 tells us “we’ve turned everyone to his own way”.

Yahushua, as the Torah mand flesh and dwelling amongst us had one role only which was to breach the divide set up by Adam; to overcome Adam’s folly by conquering death and clearing the path for followers of Yah’s Way to re-enter the Father’s Gates.

That ‘Jesus’ may have dies for our sins is irrelevant, sin was never the problem, rejection of Yah’s Way was the problem.   Adam created death by eating the forbidden fruit and by rejecting Yah’s Torah, he decided that his own knowledge of good and evil was better than Yah’s and so was thrust  out of Yah’s Creation and placed in his own creation; a creation into which we are born and nurtured and from which we must be ‘born again’ back into Yah’s Creation.

Decisions

Following Yah’s way involves each of us in a personal decision to seek the TRUTH of Yah.

I made that decision before I hit my teenage years, bur had real difficulties finding a starting point for my journey; I was looking in the wrong places.

My parents were not ‘believers’ but they were also not ardent atheists, they were ‘socialists’ but not activists but they could not show me a start point.   I tried my local CofE (Episcopalian) church and found complete disinterest, theirs was a social club and a gospel I had nothing to offer so I was ignored.   The Catholics were better, but somehow they were wrong, in that they worshipped idols and popes.

At school were two teachers who obviously believed but to a schoolboy seeking truth, they were unapproachable, they could ‘educate’ but not ‘indoctrinate’, thus there is no one-on-one in a British state schooling and one could not discuss such a sensitive subject in class.

When Dad was posted to Singapore I attended the Army school there and was taught about Yahweh, it stuck.   Maybe the teacher was Jewish, but she was a believer whatever.

It was not until I was in my early twenties that I found my first fellow believer; curiously enough he was CofE chaplain on HMS Kent, the ship on which I did my Midshipman’s year. This Chaplain put me in contact with other believers throughout the Royal Navy and I learned about Christian fundamentalism.

Christian fundamentalism has its problems, the first being the belief that ‘Yah changed His mind. about ‘Judaism’ and invented a ‘new’ covenant with ‘Christians’.

To make the doctrine fit, the idea of dispensationalism was invented whereby the teachings of the bible could be split into blocks of time each with a slightly different rule set and ‘Christianity’, worship of Jesus, was the ultimate revelation.

Christianiy is a top down structure whereby God’s truth is revealed to the ‘leaders; and trickles down to the congregants.   It avoids the need for a personal decision, just do what the Vicar/Pastor/leader tells you and all will be fine “see you on the other side”.

Christianity believes that Yah’s Torah has been ‘nailed to the Cross’ and can be safely ignored……

It took me some 50 years to get those nails out.

In the beginning was Torah (the Word of YAH) and Torah was made flesh and dwelt amongst us.   Not one Jot or Tittle of Yah’s Torah is irrelevant in today’s world and as we, as a ‘Western culture’ slowly abandon Torah, so our civilization slowly disintegrates into the dust of barbarism and paganism.

Religion and the Serpent

We gloss over the story of Abel and Cain at our own peril, the story explains the origin of ‘religion’ and how Cain, under the influence of the serpent defied Yah and changed the basis of life on earth.

When Adam rejected Yah and chose his own knowledge of good and evil instead, he did so with the knowledge that the serpent was right there beside him, encouraging him to do it his way rather than Yah’s Way (the Way of Torah).

So Cain rejected Yah and chose his own ‘religion’ instead, but in fact it was not his own religion, it was the serpent’s religion.

When a man takes the base core of Yah’s Truth, and adds to it or takes away from it, he creates a ‘religion’, and the more it deviates from Yah’s Truth, the more malignant it is.

If we take the religion of Atheism for example, in recent history Atheism has caused the deaths of millions in nations that have flirted with socialism and communism, note also that these religions took many into slavery and worked them to death.

The Way of Yah is not miscible with slavery; many times in the scriptures Yah stresses that he brought us out of slavery.   Religion tends to enslave us, it substitutes the serpent’s truth for Yah’s Truth and obfuscates the Way to free ourselves from the Yoke of bondage.   Yah calls us to Liberty, and, in Liberty we can chose to discard our own puny knowledge of good and evil and seek Yah’s Way, seek His knowledge and truth.

It starts in the first verse of the bible, we must acknowledge to ourselves that “In the beginning Yah created” we can find much of the Way of Yah in the scriptures, other details will be revealed as we travel His Way,   He will meet us from afar and guide us home. It does not all happen at once – it is a long and winding road……

Aspects of Yah

There are three aspects of Yahovah which He presents to us and from which we may learn to respond to Him, the first is His Word, which is the gist of the words with which he spoke His Creation into existence, and which includes the entity that Christians worship as their Jesus.

The second aspect is his Shem. This Hebrew word is translated as ’name’ but its meaning is much, much deeper and expresses the whole Character of Yah, most people get stuck at this point because they cannot get away from using ‘religious’ words such as God, G-d or Hashem.   If you cannot call Yahovah by his correct name, how can you even begin to understand the enormity of His Shem.

The third aspect Yah presents to us is His Face.   Light (the light of Creation) shines out from His Face and as it falls on us, we are changed to His likeness, thus if we are to be the light of the world then we must allow the light of His countenance to shine upon us as in the Aaronic blessing, but we have to “seek His Face and turn from our wicked ways”, it is not something attained by birthright of being descended from Abraham.

We tend to start by taking note of His Word, Paul tells us that it is good for correction and teaching but we have to take all the word not just ‘cherry pick’ at it.   Yes, His word was made flesh and dwelt amongst us, but in many ways that is a distraction and can be used to distort (twist) our understanding.   Yah’s Words are the Words of His Creation, and they became human not to die for our sins, but to go through Adam’s death and provide a Way for salvation for us too.   Of all the things in the world, death is the one thing that did not come from Yah, it came from Adam and it permanently separates us from Yah.   The Word made flesh was murdered on a Roman torture device, He went through death, but the ‘cross’ is unimportant, it was the resurrection that is key to our salvation and nothing else.

Many follow the myth of ‘Jesus’, but this is a truncated story conjured up by politicians in the centuries that followed the events.   The reality of the ‘Trinity’ is Word, Shem and Face.

Torah: The Healing and Beneficial Message

Torah is not a dull and stultifying set of onerous rules and regulations as many religionists tend to preach it as, it is alive and well and can live in our hearts today.

Torah was made flesh and dwelt amongst us.

That is the message that the Apostles were sent out to tell the people of Israel, the message that the people have forgotten.

Yah spoke the words that produced Creation, and we live in that Creation, and we are subject to those words which we call ‘Torah’.

Torah defines a Way of life that is healing and beneficial because it is the essence of Yah’s Creation, and if we follow the Way of Torah then we can be engulfed by its benevolence, its protection and its healing power.

But if we choose other gods (including ourselves) knowledge of good and evil, and throw this substitute way (religion) in Yah’s face then we will bee tossed and turned and foundered in the raging sea that is life in Adam’s creation.

All through the scriptures we coma across facets of Yah’s character:-

The Name (shem) of Yah

The Face of Yah (If my people who are called by my name …. Seek my Face)

The Countenance of Yah (see the Aaronic blessing)

The Son of Yah (Torah made flesh)

And there are others.

If we turn away from Yah’s Torah then Yah cannot help us, if we ‘nail it to the cross’ then we are on our own.

So we must humble ourselves before Yah and seek His knowledge of Good and Evil, we look for it in the scripture in Tanack (OT) and we DO it,

Worshipping Jesus’ death on a Roman torture device (cross) is religion, what is more important is Yahushua’s Resurrection, where Torah made flesh broke through Adam’s death and demonstrated once and for all that Torah is the way to salvation.

Yah so loved the world that he gave His Torah made flesh, that whoever trusts and relies on it will have salvation, for Yah did not send His Torah into the world to condemn the world, but by it the world might be free.

Torah is sentient, it meets us as we travel His Way and engulfs us; it writes itself on our hearts and is the prime requirement for re-entry into the Kingdom of Yah.

Remember those Gates defended by Cherubim with swords?   They keep Adam out, but the followers of the way, engulfed in living Torah are allowed through.

If we reject Living Torah then we cannot enter, we remain as Adam.

Abel accepted Torah and his blood cried out, Cain ‘followed his own way’

Seth accepted Torah and was blessed

Enoch was immersed in Torah and was translated.

Noah was pure in his lineage.

Abraham kept Torah.

The Elders of the Children of Israel rejected living Torah at Mt. Horeb

Moses wrote the 5 books of law that provided clues, a sort of picture language,  to living Torah for those searching for the Kingdom of Yah as opposed to exploiting the kingdom of Adam.

If you want to avoid Yahushua turning around and saying “I know you not” then You must have a relationship with the living Torah.

Man shall not live by bread alone

So what do we live by as well as bread?   This passage is originally from Deuteronomy 8, and the chapter tells us that ‘physicality’ and ‘food deeds’ are not enough, and that everything that comes forth from the mouth of Yah is what is required, particularly the commandments.

Yah demands that we live according to His commandments, His judgements and His statutes.

He also demands that we follow His Way.

These are commands for us personally, not collectively.   One must have a personal relationship with Yah, sitting on a pew chanting communal hymns is not, keeping His commandments, when we deviate from His way, and turn everyone to his own way, we do ourselves no favours.

Yah can only protect us and give us abundant life if we humble ourselves and turn to His Way.  There is no room for religion, rituals and doing it our way.

It is hard to understand that Yah does not like church buildings and beit Kenessets (synagogues) these are the accoutrements that allow us to stray from His pathway to those of other gods,   we must seek what comes out of His mouth, the Creation that He spoke into existence, and the Way that he lays down in Tanack.

Everything else is deviation…
