Following Yah’s WAY

There is a Way, and it is the only way to Salvation, it is not about the death of one Jesus on a Roman torture device called a cross, but is about Yah’s Torah being made flesh and dwelling amongst us, going through Adam’s ‘death’ and escaping that ‘death’ to make a pathway to restore the ‘believer’ to eternal life.

Religion obfuscates this simple message. It encourages us to worship and finance a priesthood, a rabbinate or the local Pastor.

There is the ‘Kingdom of God’ where Yah rules, and a ‘kingdom of Adam’ where man rules.    We are born into the kingdom of Adam.   There is a pathway that we must follow to get to the Kingdom of Yah.   This pathway had to be hacked out of man’s ‘jungle’ by Yahushua (Jesus) who is Torah made flesh and dwelling amongst us.

Men would have us think that there are many ‘ways’ to earn our salvation, but most of them lead nowhere except to a dead end.   These men are there because it is profitable, but a spiritually blind man cannot ‘see’ Yah’s pathway and usually invents his own.

To step onto Yah’s WAY we must first seek to leave the pigsty which is Adam’s kingdom.   But first we must recognize that we are actually in Adam’s kingdom and not in Yah’s kingdom.    Yah’s kingdom is defined by Torah, a signpost, if we discard Torah, “nail it to a cross” because it is inconvenient then we will never find Yah’s WAY.

Torah pre-existed Moses’ 5 books of Law but is incorporated in those 5 books, Abraham had ‘Torah’ and was a man of faith and righteousness, he kept the Laws, statutes and advices of Yah.

Religion seeks to redefine ‘god’ in an acceptable form, Yah says we must seek the WAY and thus come to Him of our own free will, with no intermediaries and following the pathway hacked out by Yahushua, there is no other WAY.

Paul was a follower of the WAY, and he tells us this when he is asked his ‘religion’.

If we seek first Yah’s KINGDOM and His Righteousness (Torah). He tells us that He will allow us to find Him, no matter what the circumstances.   But we must be seeking Yah’s Kingdom not some Adamic clone.   The Pathway is a spiritual one, and it runs from Adam’s kingdom to Yah’s KINGDOM. It is called Yahushua who was ”Torah made flesh”.

The rejection of Yah at Mt. Horeb (Mt. Sinai) was catastrophic, Moses thus wrote the books of law that showed the Pathway in a ‘picture’ language of Tabernacle worship in the hope that some would ‘see’ Yah’s truths.   The Feasts of Yah all show us various aspects of the WAY from Yom Kippur where we have to ‘choose’ which goat we follow, to unleavened bread where we can throw out the ‘leaven of the pharisees’ (inflated religion).

There is only one WAY, and we, personally must choose it.   We must reject the religions of men and choose a personal relationship with Yah.

Seeking His Face

To get Yah’s attention we must “seek his face” as well as humble ourselves and pray and turn from our wicked ways.

What does it mean to “seek his face”

In Hebrew, words can have deep meanings, much deeper than translate well into English,   So His Face is the part of Him that makes Him recognisable, not just visibly but spiritually too,

Yah IS the Creator, but like all creators he can be the destroyer, removing any object that displeases Him because it is out of line with His Creation, and that could include me because I am born into Adam’s creation not Yah’s.

If however I am willing to be transformed to His Image and Likeness then I am off to a good start.

When Adam fell, he projected his own image and likeness, his “face”, upon the world that he created by the sweat of his labour.   It is into this world, Adam’s world that we are born.

As we live our lives we have to choose which face we seek, Yah’s face or Adams face, and we cannot mingle the two; they are miscible.

To even recognise Yah’s face is difficult, we have to read and assimilate the scriptures for ourselves, we have to become Yah compatible and learn to have a personal relationship with Him, we have to leave Adam’s world and take the steep and narrow pathway to Yah’s world.   Along that Way we will be transformed to something that reflects His face, His Image, His likeness, and when we come eventually to His gates, the cherubim guards will look at us and see Him, and let us through.

No religion, no Rabbi, Priest, Vicar or Pastor can do this for us, they will need to be looking vainly for their own salvation having probably played ‘god’ to millions.

I would not like to be in the shoes of those who have lead Yah’s flocks astray, substituting their face for Yah’s face.   Having a personal relationship with a rabbi or pastor does not get you along Yah’s pathway to those Gates, and if you are not careful, it is the gates of hell that will prevail instead….

Culture and Convention.

As children we absorb the culture into which we are born, and it becomes part of our psyche.   For most people, this culture is Adamic and is not regarded by Yah as anything other than a pigsty.

To get closer to Yah, we have to start to see things as Yah sees them, first we have to find the ‘door’ of the pigsty and look out at Yah’s creation.

We are discouraged from this by the cultural forces around us, the traditions of finance, religion and politics want us to be benign and profitable (for their benefit, not ours).

We can read about the Acts of the Apostles, in the book of Acts and in the various epistles, and we can see the vast differences between how those men and women acted and how religions today insist that we should act.

Do you go to ‘church’ on a Sunday morning as prescribed by the Roman hierarchy, or do you keep the Seventh day ‘set apart’ as the 10 commandments require us to do?

Do you think that it does not matter what Yah commands because Jesus said we could disobey His father?

You need to make these decisions for yourself, follow Yah, or follow yhe culture you grew up in, each of us has to step outside the pigsty and follow the Way as dictated by the scriptures, both Jewish and Christian.

Righteousness before Yah is about being compliant with His Creation, unrighteousness begins by trowing other gods in His face, and those gods include the gods of our birth culture; the are no Rabbis, priests or vicars in the scriptures, pastors in the scripture are part of a team that include teachers, prophets, apostles (missionaries) and evangelists.

Yah expects us to achieve Hs righteousness in all humility and obedience as we walk the pathway that starts at the door of our pigsty and leads to our heavenly Father’s gates.

Prayer and magic

Prayer is the invocation of magic in our lives, it can be earth magic from Adam, or the abundant magic that flows from Yah and gives us life.

Firstly, we can pray for anything, including that Mercedes Benz, Yah puts no restrictions on what we pray for, He just might not grant it.    I once heard a Sunday school teacher telling the children that they must not pray for themselves, he was wrong, prayer is asking for magic, and we can trust Yah with our prayers as long as we pray in private.

Public prayer is not a normal part of our dialogue with Yah, and is an obvious means of virtue signalling.   We should be discussing our deepest needs, wants and desires with Yah, not publicly invoking earth magic.

To pray, we go into our private place, we humble ourselves before Yah and seek his face.   Then if we are ‘righteous’ according to His standards, he hears our prayers.

We don’t tell Yah what to do, we just tell him what we want, He will decide the how.   It is not humility when we give Yah commandments and instructions.

Yah is not a man and does not need to advertise his services, he makes private deals with us to do magic in our lives (or not).

We need to approach His gates with prayer, with joy, with thanksgiving, He is going to do the great work, not us.    We need to seek His face, get His attention, we do this by humility, prayer and righteousness (keeping His Torah and His commandments).   It is like being in grade school again, we get the teacher’s attention by following a protocol, usually by raising our hand, not by bellowing out in a disruptive manner, and when the teacher is ready, she will listen to us.

Being humble in prayer is about obedience rather than making demands, ask and it shall be given, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened.

Please Father, If it is approved, may this blog entry be read by all and sundry and give a blessing to those who read it….

Yah’s Way or the Wrong Way?

Are you doing as Yah commanded, or are you doing things your own way?

Or maybe you follow a religion that is man-made not God made.

If we love Yah then we must keep His commandments, not our own, and certainly not those of the priests, vicars pastors and rabbis who get paid to put bums on seats and spout religious propaganda designed to get YOU to part with your money.

Among the first and the last acts of Yahushua was to clear the temple courtyard of the money changers who fleeced the visitors whom, in order to donate to the temple, had to change their money into the ‘temple currency’; a man made law.

The traders could manipulate exchange rates and could pay bribes to the temple authorities….

The whole temple system had become corrupt.

Yah commands us to keep the Sabbath holy, the word Sabbath is derived from the Hebrew for seven and is the seventh day, i.e. Saturday; Sunday is the first day, yom rishion.

If you keep Sunday then you are worshiping the Roman sun god…..

Paul had no authority to change Shabbat to any other day of the week, in fact neither Paul or Yahushua had any authority to change the ‘Word’ of Yah (Torah).

Are you a trader, making a profit from man made religion?   If Yahushua came back today would he throw out your nice little money earner?

Here in Israel we have to pay a religious tax on all sorts of products, food, cleaning stuff, even those living on pensions and benefits hae to pay.   The rabbis collect and live well on the proceeds, but when they come before Yah He will be asking the some very hard questions, one of which will be why they are taxing the widows and orphans in the name of their God?

If you are collecting religious taxes from the assembly then be afraid, be very afraid…..

We are commanded to give to those who guide us in truth and righteousness, there is a stark difference between ‘giving’ of one’s own volition and to have money extorted to pay ‘temple’ taxes.

The Way

My writings on this site are a hotchpotch of musings of someone seeking Yah’s Truths over several years, during which times my beliefs have matured rather than changed.

Paul called himself a follower of the Way for a reason, and Yahushua gave us the parable of the prodigal son as an introduction to the Way so that we could understand that we have to leave the false comfort zone of the pigsty, and to start to follow Way to the gates of the Father.

But first we need to understand what the pigsty really is.

Simply put, it is the world that Adam created when he became a god using his own knowledge of good and bad acquired through the disobedience of eating the forbidden fruit .   We are born into Adam’s creation, into Adam’s (and the serpent’s) godship.   Although Adam’s creation may lie close to Yah’s Creation, Adam’s creation is encapsulated and separated from Yah by death.   It is important to remember this because our whole salvation depends upon us escaping from the tentacles of death.

If we do not believe that “in the beginning, Yah created”  then we are not able to escape death and are probably very content to stay in Adam’s pigsty.   We probably cannot see that there is even a problem.

When Yah spoke the world into existence, the words he used became the skeleton of His Creation, much like the steel girders that are the framework of a large building.

These words we call TORAH and are at the whole root of our existence, they were there in the beginning, they were part of Yah and contained the Power of Yah to Create.   It is a futile effort to try and discard or change and replace Yah’s Torah as mainstream religions have done over the centuries; they have a form of Torah (or a new covenant) that emanates from the godship of Adam and is suited to pigsties only.

The first requirement upon us before starting our journey along The Way is to have our eyes opened to Yah’s Torah, this enables us to see the light in the doorway.

But we must now use our Yah given free will to move into the light so that we can actually see the outside and the beginnings of The Way which leads from the door of the pigsty to the gates of Eden defended by the Cherubim with their mighty swords.

We have to do this, there can be no surrogates; no Rabbi, Pope or Pastor can do it for us.

If you believe in evolution and big bangs then you will never even see the light of the doorway, and your moral skeleton will be rooted in sand not rock.

Weeds

The Sower in the parable is Yah, and the good seeds he scatters are his words as recorded in the scriptures, if we are full of weeds, that is, beliefs that are non-scriptural then the the good seed is overwhelmed in a jungle of differing opinions.   This jungle is often that of ‘religion’, or it may be that of politics or even identity.

We should be listening to Yah via the Torah written upon our hearts, but if we pay too much heed to the opinions of men who are not themselves seeking Yah’s truths but are content to exploit Yah in order to become wealthy and famous, then that Torah written upon our hearts is unfathomable.

Most religious activity follows the Mount Horeb model, instead of seeking first the kingdom of Yah for ourselves, we are quite content to let Moses do it for us.   The books of Law written by Moses are a tableau of what we should ‘see’ wwhen and if we start to listen to Yah and to build our personal relationship with Him.

Do you keep Sunday Sabbath?   If you do then you need to check out where that tradition came from.   It is a weed, it is not good seed, it arises from a roman Pagan tradition of sun worship, do we really need that in our lives.

Do you only eat ‘kosher’ food? Check out Yah’s rules rather than the traditional ‘rules’ that impose what is essentially a ‘food tax’ levied on the poor by rich rabbinical authorities.

What is a Rabbi?  What is a Vicar?  Where are the other ministers that should work alongside the pastor?   The teacher, the prophet, the evangelist and the apostle.   Why is it that only the pastor gets a salary?

These Rabbis, Vicars and lone pastors are not Yah’s Way, to follow Yah’s we must leave the weeds behind and seek firth the Kingdom of Yah and His righteousness and not play follow my leader into the thorny ground.

Stony Grounds

It should be remembered when dealing with the parable of the Sower the we are the ground, that Yah is the Sower and that the seed is the truth of Yah.

We are the ground that receives the seed, the truth, but the stones are beliefs that we hold dear and are not prepared to change.   These beliefs might be the doctrines of a favoured Rabbi or Pastor, or maybe from a book such as a catechism or Talmud or commentary.

Yah demands that we seek His kingdom, the place where only He reigns, if we have other gods in our lives then our ‘roots’ cannot feed upon His Word and we are poor crops for the harvest.

Stones are impenetrable, and immovable, held in place by our stubbornness but giving no nourishment, and too many render our beings weak and our fruit poor.

For some this is going to Church on Sunday when Yah’s word instructs us that Sabbath is the seventh day (Saturday).   For others, it is that we do not use His Name, substituting HaShem or ‘God’.   These are titles not names, if we have a personal relationship with Yah then we are able to use His proper name Yahovah, Yah for short.

When we follow the rules of a ‘religion’ we must be very careful to find out for ourselves if those rules are man made or Yah made. The whole idea of ‘Church’ for example, is laced with paganity.   The Greek word, ekklesia, means ‘an impromptu assembly’ as James informs us, the first of these took place at Mt Sinai (Horeb) at the time of the Exodus.    The ekklesia in Acts met in the Temple cloisters…..

Look at your lives and try to see what stones you have.   I have been picking stones out of my life for some sixty years, and I still find a few now and then; I read the scriptures and hold my life up for scrutiny before them, if there is a stone in my life then I must set about reducing it.

Only in this way can I be fruitful.

Some fell on the path

This is the first case situation from the parable of the sower, and unfortunately the most common.   The Path is hard trodden ground constantly abraded by those traveling the path, crushed underfoot these seeds have no chance of even germinating, they become food for whatever belief systems dominate their culture.

This used not to be the case in Europe, but the advent of the religion of ‘science’ has rendered many unable to think for themselves, those who are prepared to let ‘scientists’ do the work for them.

These people are gullible beyond belief, whilst being convinced that they are ‘well informed’ and ‘intelligent’ and hat those who believe that “in the beginning Yah Created” are stupid and believe in the myths of Genesis.

Of course the same people who shame believers would never think to question their own narratives, That whilst Darwin mike explain survival of the ‘fittest’ it and posits an explanation for the origin of species, it in no way approaches and explanation of how sentient life came about.

That is like driving a car but having zero understanding what is going on under the bonnet (hood), whilst we may know that we cannot put petrol (gasoline) in a diesel car, do we believers in ‘science’ actually understand why?  Or do we just consider ourselves a ‘good’ driver, and that the ‘science’ does not matter.

The West arose to greatness because our forefather kept to biblical principles (mainly because they work), as, in the wake of Darwin, we slowly abandoned the Torah and its 10 commandments, so society disintegrated, and the birds of the air can have a feast on our (spiritually) dead carcass

What is ‘Good’

We think we know a lot about ‘good’ and about ‘evil’ – but do we really?..

Are there really 7 deadly sins?

Scripturally , There is only one deadly sin, that of unbelief. The rest are just the products of the fevered imaginations of our religious leaders.

Sin is disobeying Torah. Deadly sin is disbelieving that “In the beginning Yah created”

So much for the ‘bad’, but what about the ‘good’?

Adam’s knowledge of ‘good’ is as much part of his godship as is his knowledge of evil, and as such, is just as detestable as his knowledge of evil.

Only Yah is Good.   Men’s ‘god’ works are as filthy rags.

When the sower sows his seeds they fall on the ground and those that fall on infertile ground are immediately eaten up by the birds of the air (evil forces).

If we have our own opinions of what is good, and reject Yah’s seed then we are either stony ground where the seed cannot penetrate the stones, or thorny ground where the seed is chocked because we are too obsessed with our own good ideas to listen to those of Yah.

The fertile ground yields to the roots of the seedlings, it nourishes then and waters them, and the seed thrives, Yah does the growing and flowering, not the ‘good’ ground.

We must be very careful when we form our own opinions of good and bad because they are usually shaped by Adam’s world of religions and their hierarchies.   We must be flexible as we follow Yah’s Way or we will conform to religion and lose our visibility of Yah’s way.
